Q7) How can people help with Freeborn?

Promote, make a donation to the budget, talk it up, send us your feedback. We hear everything, and you can’t insult us. An artist is only one side of a film, the audience has to play a part.

Q8) What is your view on the Horror scene nowadays?

Lots of effects heavy stuff. Frankly, while I love horror, its a lot of the older things that I enjoy more. Things that really focus on character. Half the horror films out there today are more cookie cutter in my opinion. Take this group, introduce them to that location, and then killer X one by one picks them off one by one. OR, its such a psychadelic mess of effects that its really more of a acid trip rather than a horror film. But I guess everything’s scary to someone.

Q9) Who are your favourite actors/actresses?

Well.. that’s a tough call. I really think there’s a lot of talent out there. Big fan of Hugh Jackman, but who isnt. Emerick Jade, and Rutina Wesley, and also really dig Robert Downey Jr’s work and of the classics you cant go wrong with Streep.

Q10) Do you have any advice for anyone wanting to follow in your footsteps?

Dont trip.. its a really really bumpy road. Make your own path, and to hell with anyone elses.

Q11) Do you have any last words for anyone reading this?

If you take cranberries and stew them like applesauce it tastes a lot more like prunes than rhubarb does. THAT is about as important as any film is to life. It’s what you make of it. Live it, and do something you love.
