Six tourists hire an extreme tour guide who takes them to the abandoned city Pripyat, the former home to the workers of the Chernobyl nuclear reactor. During their exploration, they soon discover they are not alone.

Here we have a film that has been been gaining momentum amongst Horror fans. Wrote by Oren Peli, famed for the “Paranormal Activity” franchise and directed by Bradley Parker. This is actually Parker’s directorial debut, mostly known for his visual effects work on films such as “Let Me In”, “Fight Club”, “Lake Placid”, “Willard” and more.

The plot is nothing new, a group of friends in a creepy place and then things start going wrong, it’s a film we’ve seen a thousand times but it’s also a plot I love. These films are usually full of tension, scares and things that creep you out. No it may not be original but it sure does look fun.

Check out the trailer below to see what I’m talking about, I’m very much looking forward to this release, what’s your view on it?
