England, 1941. With London in the midst of the blitz, two teachers evacuate a group of schoolchildren to the abandoned Eel Marsh House.
Get used to “The Woman In Black Title” as Hammer are set to make it a franchise – Hammer CEO Simon Oakes stated: “If your second’s successful, then your third, then you’ve got a franchise, I just don’t believe in the notion that you can press a button and create a franchise, but, I mean, I’m definitely planning 3 and 4…”
Personally I don’t see how this would work as a series but it’s gonna be interesting to see where it goes and ‘ holding back my judgement until I see it.
