The world lost a great man on November 27,  director Irvin Kershner. You may not know his name but you should know his work. He has directed only a few movies which include James Bond’s Never Say Never Again and Robocop 2, but the reason I know him is Star Wars. He took over for George Lucas on Empire Strikes Back when Lucas couldn’t do it. In my opinion the best Star Wars movie out of the six, and maybe one of the best movies of all time. He died following a three-and-a-half year battle with lung cancer. I just wanted to take this time to say thank you Mr. Kershner and may the Force be with you.
