Well folks, there you have it. The entire “Ginger Snaps” series review.

It’s been a-lot of fun looking over this under-rated franchise.

But that’s what it really is, under-rated. Sure it has a cult following and is loved by many Horror fans but outside of that circle it’s saddening to know not many people know of it. It’s such a shame as I personally feel it’s one of the best Werewolf franchises out there.

This of-course is helped by the fantastic performances from Katherine Isabelle and Emily Perkins, two amazing actresses who we were so lucky to have pairing up for the whole trilogy. When you watch them on screen you can see they’re giving it their all and it makes it such great viewing.

I also said in my reviews that the writing was phenomenal and I stand by that. A film of this nature doesn’t usually have so many layers, metaphors and depth but we get the whole package and we have writers Karen Walton and Megan Martin to thank for that.

I honestly can’t fault any of the films in this franchise, each one was made so well. I’m used to having at-least one film that isn’t as good as the rest but I think that’s down this franchise knowing when to stop, if we had “Ginger Snaps 7 – The Brood Attacks” or something like that then there’d be a problem but kudos to the makers for not doing that.

Like I said “Ginger Snaps”is a great franchise and is well worth a viewing, if you know someone who hasn’t seen them then make sure to tell them all about it, it’s a trilogy that definitely needs more exposure.
