Burt Gummer returns home to Perfection, Nevada, from a trip to Argentina, where he wiped out a herd of Shriekers. Things are a little different in Perfection

Every franchise has a down point and this is that film for the “Tremors” series.

When Burt Gummer returns to Perfection he sees that the community has become a tourist attraction because of the battle against Graboids 11 years ago, There are even Graboid comic books on the racks in the store.

The premise of the film was an obvious one to go with and I fully agree that it needed to be done, I just wish they would’ve toned down the humour a little as it seemed to go overboard with this release and made a mockery of their monster, ‘Ass-Blasters’ anyone?!

Our main character for this film is Burt Gummer, Michael Gross plays the role as great as he did in the first two releases but with the character Earl missing from our screens the film suffers because of it, I don’t know why Fred Ward didn’t return but it’s a real shame he didn’t.

When you watch the film you get the sense that no one’s really bothered anymore and that the magic has gone. It feels rushed and lacks a-lot of what made the other two so good.

“Tremors 3: Back To Perfection” is a fun movie, it just seems to lack some of the Charisma of it’s predecessors.
