What can I say guys but, wow!  This title just keeps getting better and better.  We continue where we left off in issue #1, which was an epic battle between good and evil.  The Jedi are trying to stop Darth Maul and his brother from killing Ja’Boag, who just so happens to be the scum that placed a bounty on the brothers in the first place.  They let him go because they are ready to battle Jedi and not waste their talents on regular beings.

As they are fighting, some of the natives watch Maul closely thinking he may be the chosen one.  When you see Maul fight, you would think the same thing.  Anyway, the Jedi attack and the brothers are ready to fill the craving for the bloodlust they have in their black hearts.  The brothers appear to be winning until a Jedi sets a trap that will immobilize Savage Opress.  While Maul stares in shock to what happens to his brother, he is attacked, but it is nothing he cannot handle.  As the mine starts to collapse, Maul escapes.

Maul escapes to fight another day and claims vengeance will be his.  It turns out this will come to pass, and he has the natives of the planet to thank for it.  They offer their allegiance to Maul to take what is theirs.  Maul wanting to free his brother, realizes that having an army is a good thing and agrees to be the Demon in the Light.

That is how issue #2 ends my friends and I must say it is definitely a book you need to pick up right now.  And you think Darth Maul alone is a bad ass, can you imagine him leading an army?  As I have said before, the writing is phenomenal and the art is fantastic!  This book gets a 10 out of 10 rating.  Well, what are you waiting for?  Get your copy now!
