It’s time for another cosplay interview from yours truly. This weeks cosplayer is someone who is very close to me. I am very proud to say that I am her uncle. I am very proud of the work she has done and I have all the confidence that she will be a household name very soon. Her name is Kym, but you may know her better as Kymbawee. So without further ado, I present unto you, my interview with the talented and beautiful Kymbawee.
1. Who are you and where are you from?
My name is Kym, and I am from Covington, Louisiana.
2. How did you discover cosplay?
I discovered cosplay, by searching videos on YouTube. I stumbled upon a cosplayer named Twinfools this way. Twinfools inspired me to cosplay.
3. I really love your Korra cosplay. What made you want to cosplay her?
Thanks! I’ve always loved the Avatar series, and always wanted to cosplay a character. Then Legend of Korra happened. I fell in love with her, and HAD to cosplay her.
4. What other genres do you cosplay?
I don’t prefer any specific genres to cosplay. I just cosplay a character I love.
5. Do you have a favorite genre?
Action definitely!
6. What is your favorite way to show off a new cosplay?
I like to debut them during cons! I love seeing people’s reactions. :)
7. Do you prefer cosplaying with a group or on your own?
I prefer groups, but I don’t mind doing solo cosplays.
8. What are your plans for the future?
Plans for the future..hmm bigger cosplays! More elaborate! LoL
