On the night of November 13, 1974, Ronald DeFeo, Jr. took a high-powered rifle and murdered his entire family as they slept. At his trial, DeFeo claimed that “voices” in the house commanded him to kill. This is their story.
The Amityville house is something that has intrigued me ever since I first heard about it all when I was a kid, I have watched every film that has had it’s name attached to it. So here’s another one that I’ll be viewing.
This will be the 11th film based around the horrors of the house, I think it’s fair to say it’s been more misses than hits. I’m curious to see which way this one will land.
