When her child goes missing, a mother looks to unravel the legend of the Tall Man, an entity who allegedly abducts children.
This film has been gathering some momentum over the past few months and I’m looking forward to this one. I will be honest when I first heard about it I thought we were finally going to get “Phantasm V” but once I got over the disappointment of it not being that I kept an eye on the news that was being released about it. I did a little research as my curiosity grew and I found myself REALLY wanting to see it and for a good reason, it has such a strong cast. With Jessica Beil, who has a strong future in this genre and the addition of Stephen McHattie and William B. Davis (I’m a HUGE “X-Files” nerd) this looks to be one hell of a film.
Directing the film is Pascal Laugier, whom you may remember from the amazing “Martyrs” so we at-least have a sense of the way the film be, he’s another person who has a very bright future in this genre. I seriously can-not wait for this, no it isn’t “Phantasm V” that all “Phantasm” fans are waiting for but it looks to be great viewing.
