In 2012 two film-makers, Rebecca and Mark, decided to go into the woods and make a hoax film on the mythical Sasquatch. Following the path of another couple that had mysteriously disappeared before them, they documented every step of their journey as they laid the groundwork of the hoax. They went missing until their footage was found with their bodies in mid 2012. When the footage was disseminated and put together, what was discovered was very disturbing. This is their true story as told by their best friends.
It should come as no surprise to you that I’m excited for this film, as a fan of found footage films and a huge fan of the mysterious Bigfoot this upcoming release immediately caught my attention.
The film is Written, directed, and produced by Mark Bacci who also stars in the film alongside cast members Rebecca Davis, Graem Beddoes, John Fitzgerald, and Aliyah O’Brien. The film will only appeal to a select audience but seeing as I’m part of that target audience then I can honestly say I’m seriously psyched to see this.
