When this film was first announced I was so excited, as a fan of Ridley Scott and “Alien” it seemed like “Prometheus” was the reurn we all wanted to see. That feeling stayed for a while but then something changed.
Each day we were given more & more pieces of the film, whether that be pictures, behind the scenes, viral videos, multiple trailers; The list goes on. With all we’ve been given and the constant barrage of new information and more I’ve found myself sick of hearing about this film and the excitement I first experienced has long gone and been replaced and I’m already finding the whole thing tedious.
I now have no desire to see this m0vie, maybe when it’s all calmed down and I get a break from hearing about it then I might, but right now I can honestly say I really don’t want to. There is such a thing as the less we know the more intrigued we are, this film has given us damn near everything and it’s burnt itself out with most fans, not just me. I’m sure it’ll still do well at the box office but in future Ridley please give us less and don’t ram it down our throats.
Here is just one of many videos for the film for those of you who haven’t seen the trailer yet (If there is any of you left):
