The class of nuke ’em high is back, and this time they’re in college!
With the huge success of “Class Of Nuke ‘Em High” I’m surprised it took Troma five years to make a sequel.
The Troma fun continues with this sequel, by now you know the score with these films, it’s a cheesefest. Infact it’s a riot of a cheesefest that doesn’t care what you really think about it aslong as you have reaction to it, my usual reaction is a big cheesy grin (pun intended).
With this sequel there’s more slime, more monsters to entertain us and yes ‘The Cretins’ are back albeit with a different crew. For those of you wondering, yes there’s also more nudity, everything in this film is over the top and it works.
The film is admittedly, well, it’s very stupid. But that’s it’s selling point and it’s what the audience wants. These films are meant to entertain and be an escape and that’s exactly what it does. It’s wackiness is so god damn amusing that it’s impossible not to enjoy.
The acting is bad, there’s no way around it but what else were you expecting here? It’s the content that matters and there’s plenty to entertain you, didn’t enjoy that pun? Well don’t worry there’s a gross out scene coming up or another pun to try again.
“Class Of Nuke ‘Em High Part II – Subhumanoid Meltdown” is a fun sequel that you should watch if you enjoyed it’s predecessor.
