Monster from the Surf, aka Beach Girls and the Monster; is a movie from 1965. The premise of the movie is that these pesky kids are hanging out on the beach when a sea monster begins to kill them off. The monster is in actuality the wealthy uncle of one of the teeny boppers who Don’s a costume in order to run the kids off from his beach, and if murder need to be the way that happens, so be it. Boom!
