The new 52 from DC Comics has made Aquaman a hero I can really get behind.\u00a0 I didn\u2019t hate Aquaman in the past, but he was one of those characters that I didn\u2019t really root for in a battle.\u00a0 Well my friends that has changed!\u00a0 Aquaman is a total bad-ass in his new series.<\/h4>\n

Issues #1-9, started with Aquaman battling creatures from the Trench to fighting people from the past.\u00a0 \u00a0Aquaman is pointing his rage at his the one and only, Black Manta as of late.\u00a0 It seems that Aquaman had a team in the past and Manta is killing them off, one by one.<\/h4>\n

Issue #10 starts with an ally of Aquaman\u2019s finding out what he can about Manta\u2019s operations of late.\u00a0 The ally is known as the Operative and he barely escaped with his life.\u00a0 He knows he needs to give the Intel he recovered to Aquaman. \u00a0We go from the Operative\u2019s escape to Mera\u2019s questioning Dr. Shin.\u00a0 Mera doesn\u2019t believe that Arthur could have had a secret so big in his life without her knowing.<\/h4>\n

Did I mention Aquaman is a bad-ass?\u00a0 One of the best Manta versus Aquaman fights occurs in this issue.\u00a0 Also, we actually find out what started this feud and why they are both so determined to be the last man standing. I do not want to give too much away because I want you to get this book and read it for yourself.<\/h4>\n

DC is on a role and has another hit on their hands.\u00a0 Aquaman is well written by Geoff Johns and the artwork of Ivan Reis is out of this world!\u00a0 I give every issue of Aquaman from #1 to #10 a rating of 10 out of 10.\u00a0 I am an Aquafanatic and proud of it!<\/h4>\n
