Aquaman issue #11 continues to tell the story of how Aquaman and Black Manta became bitter enemies.\u00a0 It starts off six years ago, when Arthur and his team get their enchanted weapons from Atlantis. It then takes you to where issue #10 left off.\u00a0 However, Aquaman knows where Manta is going thanks to the Operative.\u00a0 Meanwhile Manta is taking Dr. Shin with him and leaves Mera to wonder about her husband\u2019s past.<\/h4>\n

We find that Aquaman and the Others are going back to where they got their enchanted weapons, but Aquaman wants Manta alone. He feels by leaving the team, he is saving their lives.\u00a0 So he lives to carry out justice.\u00a0 While he looks for Manta, his team looks to get help from someone close to him.<\/h4>\n

Since Aquaman knew where Manta would be, it didn\u2019t take long to locate his nemesis.\u00a0 He watches to see exactly want Manta is up to.\u00a0 It turns out there was a 7th<\/sup> relic.\u00a0 But to find it, he needed the two relics he got from his battles with the Others.\u00a0 As Aquaman finds out, the Black Manta was correct about this relic and with the help of Dr. Shin, he locates the Scepter of the Dead King.\u00a0 This is the same enchanted weapon that sank Atlantis in the first place.\u00a0 So what plans does Manta have for it?\u00a0 Will Aquaman stop him in time? We will have to wait and see.<\/h4>\n

Aquaman continues to be a must read from the new 52 lineup.\u00a0 It is well written by Geoff Johns and the artwork of Ivan Reis is always out of this world!\u00a0 I give this issue of Aquaman a rating of 10 out of 10.<\/h4>\n
