We continue Adam\u2019s journey to find something he has lost.\u00a0 He doesn\u2019t realize what that something is, but he senses something is missing.\u00a0 We the readers know that what he is missing is his memories of being He-man and being the Master of the Universe.\u00a0 We first get a glimpse of Castle Grayskull as Beastman is begging for his life.\u00a0 How did Skeletor take over Grayskull has yet to be seen, but that is the case for now.\u00a0 Skeletor shows mercy and allows the beast to live.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, in a far-off desert, we find Adam and Zoar, searching for water on his journey of discovery.\u00a0 They are captured by nomads and brought to the Arid Spring Oasis.\u00a0 There Adam meets their leader Kronis aka Trap-Jaw.\u00a0 He will keep Adam prisoner until dawn when Adam can petition for his life.<\/strong><\/p>\n

During the night, Adam is visited by a familiar face although he cannot recollect where he has seen here before.\u00a0 Her name is Teela and she is drawn to Adam for he seems familiar to her as well, but she also has no memories of a not so past life.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dawn arrives too soon and Adam is put to the test.\u00a0 It seems his body remembers things that his mind has forgotten, for example fighting an army with only a sword.\u00a0 Trap-Jaw has seen enough and goes in for the kill when Teela causes a distraction that allows them to escape.<\/strong><\/p>\n

What future trials will Adam face?\u00a0 With Teela\u2019s help, will their memories return?\u00a0 Who knows?\u00a0 All I know is I cannot wait for issue #3 to see what happens next.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

I said this before, but it still holds true, He-Man is well written, illustrated, and just plain awesome!\u00a0 I cannot wait to see who Skeletor sends after Adam next. I give this issue a 12 out of 10 rating.\u00a0 Get your copy today!<\/strong><\/p>\n
