Well here is the start of my \u201cFeast\u201d franchise review, I\u2019m really happy to be reviewing this franchise, so lets get on with it!<\/h3>\n

The films development was actually part of Matt Damon and Ben Affleck’s “Project Greenlight 3” programme, an interesting and great concept. It was a\u00a0television series focusing on first-time film-makers being given the chance to direct a feature film. I wish it was still about today as the indie scene is bursting with talent at the moment.<\/h3>\n

I remember watching this movie for the first time and wondering “What the hell am I watching?!” but it definitely won me over by the end. I do love a good monster flick, which is what initially drew me to the film and the monsters didn’t disappoint, in-fact they were more surprising.<\/h3>\n

\"Feast\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Big kudos to the effects team, they did an amazing job here, no detail seems to have been skimped over and everything from the monsters to wounds look fantastic. I was genuinely amazed by work that went into this from everyone involved.<\/h3>\n

The cast also do a stand up job, you can just see they where having a great time on set and when you can tell things like that it makes the film more enjoyable as a viewer to watch and that is definitely in play here.<\/h3>\n

\"Capture\"<\/a><\/h3>\n

“Feast” is a no-brainer Horror\/comedy, a genuinely fun and gross film that plays to it’s strengths. I highly recommend this if you’re up for being grossed out and have a laugh all at the same time.<\/h3>\n

Miscellaneous facts about the film:<\/h3>\n

Clu Gulager, the actor playing Bartender, is the father of the film’s director, John Gulager. Also, Diane Ayala Goldner, who plays Harley Mama, is John’s wife.<\/h3>\n

The original script for the film included a lot more action spots, but producers decided they had to be cut to fit the budget.<\/h3>\n

The role of Hero was offered to Mark Wahlberg, but he turned it down. Josh Duhamel was also interested but forced to drop out for scheduling conflicts.<\/h3>\n

One of several films that Harvey and Bob Weinstein took to their new production company, the Weinstein Co., after their separation from Miramax\/Dimension Films in early 2005.<\/h3>\n
