Some of you may know me from my site ‘Raz’s Midnight Macabre’ or from my past work on ‘Horrormovies.ca’. It was SomewhatNerdy that gave me my first break in writing for another site other than my own and it’s a site you’ll hopefully never see me leave! D-Day

D-Day… Where to begin? I know..what I do for SomewhatNerdy … For the website I write reviews and posts, handle posts and pics for the FB page, do behind the scenes work on the street team, and drink beer (SWN requirement). Now for the other stuff!! A SWN term I like is in the SWN intro… redefining the term “Nerd”! I consider myself to be in the non-typical Nerd category because I like being different! Yeah lets go with that reason lol! So some basic things I “Nerd” out to – Hunting, Fishing, Movies, Cartoons, Comics, Video Games, Punisher, Chuck Norris, TV, Books, Paintball….and the list goes on and on and on and on! I have been a Nerd all my life. Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana I relocated to the Mandeville/Covington area in ’86. I am a proud Nerd and I am not afraid to tell anyone. I am also an amateur artist. My hobbies include comics, gaming, movies, drawing/sketching, and the occasional toy to add to my collection.
I am the comic reviewer at SomeWhatNerdy but I also have a blog called Derf’s Domain (HERE) where I showcases all things Nerdy.
