If you are a fan of Killer Croc, then you will love issue #8 of the Batman Arkham Unhinged series. As you know, this title comes has tales of characters from the Batman: Arkham City game. Each issue gives you a look inside a key character from the game. This issue’s focus was on the one and only Killer Croc.
This issue had it all, a great back story and great battles. While reading this issue, you realize it was not how Croc looks that made him the monster that he is, but the way he was treated, or shall I say mistreated, as a child. He was born looking different as you all know, but it was the hate from his own family that drove him to madness.
We also see a part of Croc’s past not many Batman fans know about. There was a point in his life where he was happy and he had no ill will towards man. That is until that life was taken from him and he had no choice but to retreat to the sewers of Gotham.
Trust me. I am not giving away the story. I want you to read this interview and say to yourself, I need to read this issue. You will be glad you did. It is well-written as well as drawn wonderfully. This issue gets a very high 15 out of 10 rating from me. Go get your copy today!
