Return To The Class Of Nuke ‘Em High follows a young couple that are up against the school glee club. Unfortunately, the glee club has mutated into a gang called The Cretins. When the other students begin to undergo mutations, our couple must solve the mystery and save Tromaville High School.
The label ‘Cult Classic’ gets thrown around very easily these days, but there is no doubt that the 1986 Troma release “Class Of Nuke ‘Em High” is a true cult classic film. A-lot of people see it as a guilty pleasure but I have no qualms saying that I absolutely love it, so you can imagine my excitement when I heard they were set to make a fourth installment.
With Lloyd Kaufman back in the directors chair it’s a safe bet that this is going to be your typical Troma film filled with nudity, graphic effects and gore, gore, gore oh and more nudity. This is by no means a bad thing, Lloyd Kaufman is a man who likes to entertain and there’s no doubting his ability to do so. He may be in his late sixties but he has the mind of a teenager going through puberty and just discovered drugs, he knows exactly what the Troma fans want and by god does he deliver. I’m really excited about this release and can’t wait to see what the new set of students at Tromaville High School have in-store for us.
