I want to take time and let you know about another cosplay calendar that is on the market. We were contacted by Pop Fury shortly after my interview with Geek Goddess about their calendar. They asked if I could discuss their calendar as well and I said sure after I looked at their line-up. I interviewed close to half of these lovely cosplayers and I am honored that they wanted me to say a little something.
It is no secret that I am a fan of cosplay. I think it is cool what some people can come up with to bring their favorite character to life. I myself would love to cosplay Solomon Grundy one day, but that is not what this post is about. This post is about the lovely men and women who devote their life to their passion and sharing with all of us. So, the next time you see someone in costume applaud them for the work they put into the cosplay. Being a cosplayer is not as easy as some may think. We need to support them any way we can. That is why I love the concept of cosplay calendars. Why? Because it gets the word out and other cosplayers may get costume ideas from someone else’s look.
